Machining

With its workwhops of 3000 m2, Sominex owns the most recent CAM pool ( machining centre). This production tool is managed under ERP.
The experience and the skills of our operators allow us to consider the machining of most materials available on the market.

Boiler works

The experience and the know-how of our skilled welders allow to manufacture all types of stainless steel and aluminum parts. Our welding processes (TIG, micro plasma, orbital welding) are adapted to the manufacturing of frames and also the welding of complex parts.

Automatism

We design electrotechnical diagrams as well as automatism diagrams with hard-wired logic or programmed according to specifications or in cooperation with the customer.
We make the wiring of control racks or electrical boxes as well as connecting the equipment. You are given a comprehensive file in the language of your choice.
As we master the control command part in the system, we will be able to modify or adapt your equipment at any time in case of evolution.

Electronics

We can gear your boards according to your manufacturing file or after we studied your needs and made up the specifications.

Our skills :

Insertion of components boxes (FPGA, LGA, HVQFN, 0201, …), whatever the process
Integration of your boards in trays and/or boxes, with the associated wires links.
Quality certification of our products through systematical visual control in accordance with the IPC A610-D standard and control by X rays for the boxes without apparent connexion (BGA for instance).
Functional tests of your products, done from procedures set up in common.
